I've heard great things about this book. And since I haven't actually started it yet, I thought I'd just use the opening lines of Chapter One:
It was as black in the closet as old blood. They had shoved me in and locked the door.Quite an opening, hmmmm? So what'll it be? Keep on reading? Or return to the library and get back to those ARCs?
Teaser Tuesdays is hosted by mizB at Should Be Reading. If you'd like to read more teasers, or take part yourself, just head on over to her blog.
Love the teaser, I've seen this book different places. I hope you will like it.
ReplyDeleteMy teaser isn't up yet.
Oh my goodness, Now I want to run to the library and pick that book up! I keep avoiding it even though I've heard such great things, but what an opener!!! Keep reading!!!
ReplyDeleteSound like something I like to read.

I loved this book - one of my favorite reads from last year.
ReplyDeleteGreat teaser - keep reading :)
ReplyDeleteHere's my teaser for this week.
Oh, that's an ominous teaser! Why would the narrator equate darkness with the color of old blood? How much blood has she seen, I wonder?
ReplyDeleteI've heard a lot of good things about this series so thanks for jogging my memory and reminding me to put Sweetness in my TBR pile.
My teaser is here.
That's a hot title, but the one person I know who read it didn't care for it all that much. I'll be curious what you think when you get into it some more.
ReplyDeleteMy TT is here:

Wow! Great teaser. I'm adding this to my TBR list!
ReplyDeleteYou can find my teaser HERE
I think everyone I know read it and loved it - except me. If you like the idea of Harriet the Spy for grown-ups, you'll like it. If, like me, you found Harriet to be annoying, you may not.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting!
Interesting.
