Dates: 1 January to 31 December, 2012
I had so much fun with this one in 2011, I can't possibly resist the 2012 edition. The idea is to read one book in each of the following categories:
- A book with a topographical feature (land formation) in the title
- A book with something you'd see in the sky in the title
- A book with a creepy crawly in the title
- A book with a type of house in the title
- A book with something you'd carry in your pocket, purse, or backpack in the title
- A book with something you'd find on a calendar in the title
At the moment, I'm considering these titles for the challenge, but the list will almost certainly change during the year:
- Tyrannosaur Canyon. Douglas Preston
- The Moonstone. Wilkie Collins
- Spiderweb. Penelope Lively
- Iron House. John Hart
- The Glass Key. Dashiell Hammett
- The Man Who Was Thursday. G.K. Chesterton
That's such a fun challenge. Good luck!
