What about you? Do you set yourself a goal for number of books read during the year? Or do you just take 'em as they come?
Oh, and is it just me, or does it seem September has slipped by even faster than usual, this year? I mean, it's almost October already!!!
It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is now hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. If you want to let the world know what you're going to be reading this week, head on over to her blog and leave your link. It's also a great way to discover new books and new blogs.
I do set a goal for myself for reading (150 per year) but I hate GR hassling about where I am in my reading!! I still do the challenge though.
ReplyDeleteI never reading goals - my life is full of deadlines, requirements, assignments. Reading is what I do for fun, so the last thing I want to do is make it feel like work! :)
ReplyDeleteI read "Dark Matter" this week too! What did you think? I absolutely loved it!
ReplyDeleteI'm totally with you on wondering where on earth September went! I can hardly believe October starts later this week... but it IS my favorite month, so I'm not complaining too much. ;)
I loved The Book That Matters Most....and Dark Matter looks intense. I hope we both love Cruel Beautiful World. Enjoy! Thanks for visiting my blog.
ReplyDeleteI have heard so many great things about Dark Matter, enjoy.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you have picked up the pace!
ReplyDeleteI know the feeling about GR - it too is reminding me that I am behind 11 books recently. I seem to have fallen behind over the progression of this last school term. I hope you manage to catch up and meet your challenge.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week and happy reading :-)

September zoomed on by! I find September can be one of those months that drag typically, but this year it feels like it passed in the blink of an eye!
ReplyDeleteI've heard a lot of good things about Dark Matter. Also, Cruel Beautiful World has cropped up a few times recently, so I think I'll hae to look in to that title.
I hope you have a great week!
